New Cartoonist, Omar Abdallat

We’ve added a new cartoonist to cagle.com, Omar Abdallat from The Addustour newspaper in Jordan.  I’m sure Omar’s cartoons will make some of our readers angry as he often draws bloodthirsty-monster-Israel cartoons, which is common fare for cartoonists in Arab countries - but unlike some Arab cartoonists, Omar draws on other subjects too, and he has a nice style that our mostly American audience can easily understand.  (It isn’t easy to find foreign cartoonists that our American audience can understand!)

Welcome, Omar!  See Omar’s archive and e-mail here.

Thank you my friends for the support that means a lot to me
I have the honor and pleasure to join this website and the world’s most respected cartoonists of all contributions around the world
In the late nineties I lived in the United States for a year and I am proud of the friendships formed
During my stay in the U.S. I have learned a lot about American’s beautiful
Civilization
and I felt that it is my duty to communicate with the great American people by my cartoons
, I have strong faith that we are all the same
It is our duty always to dialogue, because the things we have in common is much more than the points of difference
with love and appreciation for all
