Steve Breen Wins Pulitzer
Steve Breen, the staff cartoonist for the San Diego Union-Tribune, has won this year’s Pulitzer Prize for Editorial Cartooning. This is Breen’s second award, winning the first time for his cartoons in the Asbury Park Press in New Jersey in 1998.
